Eating a healthy diet, staying active, exercise(every week mix up your routines), get sufficient rest, avoid stress when possible, exercise your mind as well(challenge yourself mentally). These examples are just a framework to a Healthy, Happy and Long Life.

  1. For me I like to sing, write, laugh, be with friends and family. Watching baseball. I guess follow your interests, do things everyday that make u feel good. Having a healthy lifestyle and a happy one are interconnected but different!
